Custom Polyurethane V Rollers- Pipe Rollers
Shanghai Pepsen has been manufacturing custom polyurethane V rollers in China since 2004. They are widely used on pipe conveyors, metal and woodworking machines. It is one of the safest and most effective methods to control the flow of a load. They are designed to work in harsh, environments including heavy load, constant impact, high temperature and moisture.
How does Polyurethane V Rollers Work?
A steel or stainless steel shaft inside enables the V rollers to work smoothly, while the polyurethane provides long life span. The roller supports a cable through bearing some of the workload onto itself. It also offers a secure surface on which metal can move back and forth without being damaged and noise. With this special designed roller used a production line, there would be much less wear and tear. It helps to reduce downtime, save time and cost for customers.

Flexible production process
Polyurethane V rollers can be molded directly or post machined afterwards .It depends on quantity and details of V shape. For small volume order, we can use an easy and inexpensive mold, then machine the V groove afterwards. For big volume order, an precision molds will be used to reduce material waste.
