Mecanum Wheel Roller Can be Molded or Machined
Mecanum wheel polyurethane rollers can be molded or machined, depending on requirements of surface finish, tolerance and quantity. Polyurethane can be over molded on metal insert by casting, which is more suitable for high volume order. The production efficiency is higher, but there will be a parting line on the surface. If parting line is not acceptable, we can machine the outer polyurethane shape by in-house CNC, and it is also an ideal cost-effective process for small batch order.
