Custom Cast Solid Urethane & Polyurethane Sheet
Custom cast urethane and polyurethane sheets are versatile materials used in a wide range of industries for various applications. Shanghai Pepsen has been producing them through a casting process in China since 2004, allowing for customized hardness, formulation, sizes, and tolerance. Dual-hardness is also available in PEPSEN.
Both Centrifugal Casting & Open Casting Available
The centrifugal machine can be used to produce thin but tight tolerance polyurethane sheet. The thick urethane sheets are produced by ovens with casting table. Large ovens from PEPSEN are as big as 2meter X 4 meters. By utilizing existing steel strips, other width and length can also be customized.

Besides different formulations and raw materials can be customized, properties below can also be customized according to specified working condition. Many tests have been conducted to find best supplier and agents that can fulfill the properties effectively and economically.

Applications of Custom Cast Urethane & Polyurethane Sheets:
