Benefits & Applications
Cast polyurethane tube is cast product, not extruded TPU hose/tube. Cast urethane tube is much stronger and more durable, the production time is much longer and process is more complicated.
The hardness we can cast ranges from Shore 10A to Shore 98A to Shore 75D.
The main applications Include:
Sleeve for slide –on rollers
Protective cover
Can be machined into small donuts, bushings, seals, washers, buffers, dampers, rings, and gaskets
Economical and High Performance Tube Material Available
Shanghai Pepsen not only manufactures economical tube material for normal working condition , but also high performance drum/tube/rod material for hydraulic seal machining such as static and dynamic seals (standard and special), wipers, O-rings, back-up rings, flange seals, rotary seals, low friction and wear, high extrusion resistance, compatibility with water, excellent low temp characteristics.
Tight Tolerance & Large PU tube
The wall thickness of cast PU tube is not smaller than 1mm and the overall length of the polyurethane tube is not over 3meters. The tight tolerance can be achieved by versatile post machining after casting. PEPSEN can also cast very big diameter PU tube taking the advantages of large ovens and casting machines.
