Custom Cast Molded Urethane Bushings
Shanghai Pepsen has been manufacturing custom urethane bushings in China since 2004.They can be produced based on technical drawings or from an existing sample. Urethane bushings are widely used in the mining, automotive and many other industries where good abrasion and impact abrasion are required.
Low Mold Cost Of Cast Urethane Bushings
Comparing rubber bushings or plastic bushings have to be compression molded or injected molded which are very expensive. Urethane raw materials are in liquid form, it can be poured into open cast molds, which are about half the cost of compression molds and much less expensive than injection molds. Comparing thermoplastic polyurethane bushings made by injection molds, it is the same case. For some application requiring tight tolerance, urethane bushings can also be compression molded. Besides, cast urethane bushings offer much longer lifespan.
Different Urethane Grade&Formulation Available
Our bushings can be cast in different grades and formulations of polyurethane, from FDA approved urethane to high performance Vulkollan equivalent urethane. Custom poly bushings can be molded in durometers from 5 Shore A to 80 Shore D. Many color options are available.
