Casting Polyurethane is worth and better
PEPSEN can manufacture both casting polyurethane and injection PU bushings. Due to difference in molecular structure, casting polyurethane bushings exhibit better durability and stability than injection ones. The production process of casting is also more complicated than injection, the production time is also much longer.The high chemical stability and weather resistance of the polyurethane material enable it to withstand prolonged use and various environmental conditions, preventing aging, deformation, or wear and tear. This significantly extends the lifespan of the bushing, reducing the frequency of replacements and maintenance.
Low tooling cost
Polyurethane bushings offer lower tooling costs compared to rubber bushings and injection molded TPU bushings.
