Polyurethane drive wheels, also known as urethane drive wheels, usually have a key slot or bolt to a hub that will drive the wheel. They are widely used in industries such as material handling, automation, automotive manufacturing, robotic system, and transportation due to their excellent traction, durability, and noise reduction properties. Vulkollan Polyurethane Drive Wheel Available
Shanghai Pepsen accumulated much experience of providing Vulkollan and Vulkollan equivalent polyurethane drive wheel for several projects.
VULKOLLAN® is a registered trademark of the Covestro, formally known as Bayer.
They have outstanding load-bearing capacities as well as excellent dynamic load resistance that lead to low build-up heat. They are commonly used as high load and speed drive wheels. The Vulkollan is normally made in hardness 92 Shore A with natural color, and other hardness can be customized. One of characteristics of Vulkollan is that the color changes quickly when exposed to sunlight (UV).
