Polyurethane Press-On Tired Wheels
Shanghai Pepsen has been designing and manufacturing polyurethane Press-On Tired wheels since 2004 in China. Press on wheels with polyurethane tire are widely used as forklift wheels and heavy-duty wheels. They are also designed particularly for operating in the most difficult environment such as high load and harsh contact surface.
Steps of Manufacturing Urethane Press-On Wheels
The solid polyurethane are over-molded on steel rims by hot casting process. PEPSEN reliable bonding process ensures a strong and reliable connection between the tire and rim. The steel rims can be easily replaced if needed, extending the life of the wheel.
Pressed On to a Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Center: The steel rims are "pressed on" to a heavy-duty cast iron center, providing a robust and sturdy base for the wheel. This construction offers exceptional strength and support, ensuring reliable performance especially under heavy loads.
Unique Design&Formulation- Custom Sizes &Colors
PEPSEN has accumulated experience of working with national projects which can help customers to improve wheels design. Together with customized polyurethane formulations, these can expand lifespan of wheels. Customized sizes and colors are available, allowing for further customization to specific applications.
In-House Hydraulic Press & Testing Equipment
PEPSEN has various hydraulic press for different diameter wheels, we are also equipped with testing equipment to test the lifespan of its polyurethane press-on Wheels. This allows the company to fabricate different capacity wheels, conduct rigorous testing and quality control.
