Custom Solid Urethane & Polyurethane Pads
Polyurethane pads are widely used as shock absorber, cutting pads, table top protective covers and liners. They can also be post processed by punching, water jet cutting and CNC machining into washers, gaskets, rings, seals, bumpers, buffers and many other custom parts.
Shanghai Pepsen can manufacture urethane pad in wide hardness range (Shore0A-98A-75D), various colors and tight dimensional tolerance.
Both casting molded & machined pads available
There are several ways of producing polyurethane pads, such as open casting, centrifugal casting, compression casting and post processing. The main differences are dimensional tolerance and dimensions availability. Our experts will select most suitable and economical methods according to customers’ detailed needs.
Customized hardness and formulations to meet specified application
Shanghai Pepsen utilizes high-quality urethane and polyurethane materials for their solid pads. These materials can be customized to achieve specific properties, including hardness, flexibility, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and vibration absorption.
Little tooling cost & tiny to large size pads available
With many existing tools and large casting table accumulated in past 20 years, we are capable of manufacturing large urethane pads in low cost. The casting machines and automatic mixer ensure inner high quality and smooth outer surface. The compression casting ensures that we can produce complex and tiny parts. The in-house CNC can be used to produce low-volume parts to avoid tooling cost.
