Flexible Production Methods Meet Various Needs
Polyurethane ring can be either open casted or compression molding casted directly. It can also be machined from PU tube material. Rings by open casting can save tooling cost and production cost while the dimensional tolerance is loose. Compression mold casting can assure tight tolerance while the tooling cost and production cost are higher. Machining stocked PU tube material into ring is usually used for low volume order to save tooling cost. Our expert will consider application, tolerance, and potential quantity to select most cost-effective production process for clients.
