Urethane Compression Spring & Tubes

Shanghai Pepsen has been providing urethane compression springs for most of automotive punching and stamping die companies in China since 2004. Our urethane springs are produced from high performance polyurethane which can meet the high standards and reduces down time and replacement costs. We offers springs that are compliant with MISUMI, GM, VOLKSWAGEN, TOYOTO, RENAULT, HONDA, FORD Die standards.

Many standard and precision molds in stock

There are many existing molds in stock, so customers do not need to pay for molds, and the precisions molds for different seasons can reduce material waste and assure tight tolerance for different temperature.

Long-term accumulated testing data helps you to choose

Taking the advantages of serving main customers from automobile punching and stamping die industries for over 20 years, we have run hundreds of testing in our lab and third-party lab, which helped customers to choose most suitable hardness, formulation and dimensions.

With all these existing data, we can easily recommend suitable urethane springs according to customers’ expectation. These will greatly save cost and time.

Customized hardness, formulations, colors and shapes are available

Hardness and formulations: The capability of compounding pre-polymer by ourselves makes us adjust hardness freely ranging from Shore 0A-98A-75D, while not to compromising on products quality like the manufactures who can only purchase pre-polymer.

Color: We have existing usual and abundant colors/pigments. If customers choose from them, it will help us to combine orders for casting machine and continuous production, which will greatly improve mixing and quality. For high volume products, the customized color are available.

Shape: Urethane compression springs can be made in the shape of tubes, cylinders, pads, and sheets, with and without holes, X type and any other customized shapes.
