Taking the advantage of advanced technology synthesizing polyurethane prepolymer by ourselves as well as state-of-art casting polyurethane production equipment, Shanghai Pepsen is capable of manufacturing high performance polyurethane wheels in low cost. The main formulations include polyester, PPG, PTMEG, PCL, PC, TDI, MDI, NDI, PPDI , diamines, diols, triols and many other customized ones.

PEPSEN not only selects raw materials and release agent based on brand, but also based on in-house testing data. The levels of raw materials are different even if they all come from world-famous material suppliers. We test both physical properties of polyurethane samples and shelf life of polyurethane wheel samples.
