Cast Polyurethane & Urethane Gasket
Cast polyurethane seals can prevent leakage during temperature and pressure changes, regardless of intensity. Some gaskets can even put up with electrical or electromagnetic forces. Die Cut Punch Polyurethane Gaskets
We provides die cut polyurethane gaskets in customized thicknesses, colors and hardness. As the tolerance of hardness and polyurethane blends will cause different dimensional tolerance of final gaskets. We accumulated much experience of designing different punching die for different hardness and polyurethane blends. We also have existing data of punching force for different polyurethane. This process is usually used for high volume orders.
Polyurethane Gaskets Machined From Tube or Sheet Material
Our in-house CNC enables us to cut gaskets from urethane sheets or tubes which can be customized in many thickness, color, hardness and formulation. This is usually used for low volume orders to avoid tooling cost.
Molded Polyurethane Gaskets
Die Cut or machined gasket should be enough to meet customers’ needs. If neither of those options cannot fulfill your needs, we also have the capability to provide molded product. The compression molded polyurethane gaskets will bring tight tolerance and smooth surface, but it will also take tooling cost and longer delivery time.
