POLYURETHANE WHEELS FOR SHIELD TUNNELING MACHINE

The working environment of shield tunnel machine is underground and tough, the condition is complex and unpredictable, so material selection of wheel used on it are particularly important. The polyurethane wheel used by the shield machine truck carries the entire shield machine, and the weight ranges from tens to hundreds of tons, which requires ultra-high load capacity of the wheel material. Before the shield machine starts, the working environment is water, soil and sand.
